Total snow accumulations between 12 and 30 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains. * WHEN...From 4 AM Tuesday to 4 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Heavy snowfall and very low visibility will create extremely dangerous driving conditions.
