* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
  waterways.

* WHERE...Delaware Beaches.

* WHEN...From 2 PM to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most
  vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along
  inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are
  possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A high risk of rip currents is likely to
  continue through the remainder of the week. However, the surf
  program ends on September 30. This will be the final day that
  rip current statements will be issued.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
