ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A strong Nor`easter developing off the East Coast and high pressure
located north of the region will keep persistent north to northeast
winds in place through the weekend. The storm looks to make its
closest approach to our area through the weekend. High pressure is
expected to bring a return to tranquil weather into early next week.
