...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE...
Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE...

At 929 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from near Sea Breeze to near
Cross Ledge Light to 10 nm west of Slaughter Beach, moving east at 15
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Fortesque Beach, Sea Breeze, Fourteen Foot Bank Light, Slaughter
Beach, East Point, Bowers Beach, Woodland Beach, Miah Maull Light,
Ship John Shoal Light, Brandywine Shoal Light, and Cross Ledge Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
