As a line of showers and storms crossed through the region just ahead of a cold front. One portion of this line produced a microburst in Pedricktown, NJ. .Pedricktown Thunderstorm Wind... Peak Wind /E/: 60 - 70 mph Path Length /statute/: 0.1 miles Path Width /maximum/: 50 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: Nov 26, 2025 Start Time: 5:46 PM EST Start Location: 2 S Oldmans Township Start Lat/Lon: 39.7345 / -75.4194 End Date: Nov 26, 2025 End Time: 5:47 PM EST End Location: 2 S Oldmans Township End Lat/Lon: 39.7348 / -75.4187 Survey Summary: A microburst occurred in the Lennox Run development in Pedricktown. The most significant damage occurred at a residence on Clara Drive where a pontoon boat was blown off a trailer and into a wood fence, doors to a shed were damaged, and a portion of fascia board was blown off. The homeowner noted damage visible on the interior of the outer walls on the second floor, though there wasn`t any visible damage on the exterior of the wall. No damage was noted outside of this development. The estimated maximum wind speed was determined with the damage to the fascia board.
