The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Delaware Bay...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 801 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 nm west of Pea Patch Island to 12 nm west of
  Woodland Beach to 15 nm east of Chester River, moving east at 20
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fourteen Foot Bank Light, Slaughter Beach, East Point, Bowers
  Beach, Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Miah Maull Light, Ship John
  Shoal Light, Brandywine Shoal Light, Reedy Point, Fortesque Beach,
  Sea Breeze, Pea Patch Island, and Cross Ledge Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
