* Special Marine Warning for...
  Lower Delaware Bay...
  Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 nm...
  Outer waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 to 40
  nm...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 136 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 9 nm northwest of Delaware Lightship Buoy
  44009, moving southeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Overfalls Shoal, Five Fathoms Buoy, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach,
  Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009, Indian River Inlet Bridge, and
  Rehoboth Beach.
