...Strong Easterly Winds and Locally Heavy Rainfall through Mid
Morning...

A strong storm system will bring strong easterly winds with gusts
near 35 to 45 mph and brief periods of heavy rainfall through 10
AM this morning. The winds could result in minor tree damage and
isolated power outages. Brief heavy downpours may cause minor
flooding of urbanized, poor drainage, and low lying areas. Remain
alert for changing weather conditions this morning.

An additional period of strong westerly winds is forecast to occur
during the day Friday, with gusts near 40 to 50 mph.
