and 476)...
Scattered showers and wet thunderstorms will redevelop this
afternoon, focusing over higher terrain and along the Continental
Divide. Shortwave energy tracking overhead Wednesday and Thursday
will maintain daily mountain shower chances. High temperatures
will hold in the mid-60s to lower 70s through Friday, keeping
relative humidity recoveries very good to excellent. Expect breezy
ridgetop winds mid-to-late week with gusts to 30 mph.
* East Idaho Dispatch Area weather impact summary (Zones 410...411
and 413)...
Morning rain clears by mid-morning before isolated to scattered
afternoon showers and storms develop across the highlands and Snake
Plain. Activity tapers off around midnight. A tight pressure
gradient Wednesday through Friday will generate strong afternoon
wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph across Zone 410. Minimum relative humidity
values will hold generally above 25% due to cool highs in the 70s.
Rain chances increase late over the Labor Day weekend.

A Red Flag Warning is in effect today for Zone 422 due to scattered
afternoon thunderstorms capable of producing erratic wind gusts and
lightning ignitions. Showers taper off tonight. Mostly dry conditions
are expected Wednesday through Friday in 425 and 427 although, though
gusty winds will develop each afternoon. Rain chances likely lingering
across 422 each day, especially Wednesday and Thursday. Cool daytime
temperatures in the 70s will prevent relative humidity from reaching
critical levels. Unsettled, cooler weather arrives late in the holiday
weekend.
