Showers and thunderstorms continue this afternoon, bringing the
potential for heavy rain and flash flooding to the district. The
biggest threat will be over steep terrain and recent burn scars.
The showers and thunderstorms continue overnight, but
precipitation amounts lessen after the evening. Activity decreases
during the day Saturday as the low pulls east. Dry conditions are
forecast for the remainder of the forecast, but a system passing
through Tuesday into Wednesday will be a feature to keep an eye on
going forward.
