The trough the brought wind yesterday is moving out, but still
producing wind today. The lack of clouds and a shift to southwest
wind this afternoon will allow warming that will keep some areas
at critically low humidity readings. The trough will continue to
move away, but a low will enter the Idaho panhandle tonight. This
movement will keep strong southwesterly wind going; however, the
low will bring in much cooler air. This will raise humidity well
above critical thresholds. More cooling occurs on Monday with wind
becoming light.
