.DISCUSSION...Remnants of the southwest monsoon reached central
Idaho on Thursday. This surge will continue both Friday and Saturday,
bringing threat of very heavy rainfall and lightning in the very
moist and unstable air.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy with areas of fog. A 65 percent chance of
                     showers prior to midnight, then a 45 percent
                     chance after. A chance of thunderstorms prior
                     to midnight, and a slight chance after. Gusts
                     to 40 mph near thunderstorms.
