.DISCUSSION...A winter storm in the northern Great Plains will bring some
moderate to strong northwest wind durin ghte morning hours today, but
the wind will subside a little during the mid-afternoon. The bigger decrease
arrives tonight with wind becomine more west and southwesterly, then light
and variable late this evening. Temperatures will continue below normal for
this time of year, but warming develops Monday afternoon.
