.DISCUSSION...Monsoon moisture will keep showers and thunderstorms
in play through Wednesday evening. Locally heavy downpours are possible
with storms this afternoon and again Wednesday, but should stay
under the threshold of 0.10" for wetting rainfall. There is a 70-90%
chance for wind gusts today of 35-55 mph and 50-80% for similar gusts
Wednesday. Humidity recovery will continue to be fair to poor at night,
with much hotter and very dry conditions starting Thursday.

Sky/weather.........Sunny then becoming partly sunny. Scattered
                    showers and thunderstorms starting around 1400 MDT.
