.DISCUSSION...
Lingering monsoon moisture will be enough for a very isolated dry
shower or thunderstorm chance today and again tomorrow but chances
are at 10 percent or less. If this transpires, gusts over 35 mph would be
possible with storms this afternoon and Monday. The more likely scenario
is for mainly clear skies and above normal temperatures. Heat-related
impacts will be an issue through Monday as warmer valley locations may
exceed 95 degrees. Monsoon moisture increases tomorrow night with a
return to daily chances of showers and thunderstorms, very similar to
last week`s pattern.
