due to the combination of low minimum RH values and gusty winds.
Winds will largely decrease below critical threshold tomorrow.
Temperatures will gradually cool through late this week under
increasing clouds. A monsoon surge will arrive Thursday and
continue through Saturday, supporting isolated to scattered
showers and storms and heavy rain at times.
