* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to around 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Beaverhead - Lemhi Highlands, Arco/Mud Lake Desert, and
  Upper Snake River Plain.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 9 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could make driving difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles. Unsecured objects may be blown around.
  Blowing dust is likely, especially near plowed fields. Blowing
  dust could cause reduced visibilities. Also, strong winds and
  rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for
  small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
