...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Combined seas and swell have decreased across Pohnpei, allowing
surf to fall below hazardous levels. Surf could become hazardous
once again on Sunday or Sunday night.

...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM SATURDAY TO 3 PM CHST
SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, moderate coastal flooding.
For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 10 to 13 feet.

* WHERE...North and East facing reefs of Majuro.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 3 PM ChST Sunday.
  For the High Surf Advisory, from 7 AM Saturday to 3 PM ChST
  Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated
  road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions
  and localized beach erosion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A trade-wind swell will move into the Marshall.
  Islands by Saturday morning, leading to hazardous surf of 12 feet
  for north and east facing reefs. The increased swell combined with
  the King Tide will lead to moderate coastal flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.

* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 9 feet.

* WHERE...East facing reefs of Kosrae.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
  localized beach erosion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The long-period north swell has diminished
  and hazardous surf has fallen along north facing reefs. Surf will
  remain elevated along east facing reefs through Sunday. Hazardous
  surf could return to north facing reefs Sunday or Sunday night
  as a trade-wind swell moves into the region.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
