* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 6 to 8 feet.

* WHERE...South facing reefs of Kosrae.

* WHEN...Through 3 AM ChST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
  localized beach erosion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southerly to southwesterly winds
  will send a pulse of energy north, with swell heights of 6 to 7
  feet expected through Wednesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
