None. .AREAS AFFECTED... This local statement provides information and recommended action for people on Chuuk...Ulul...Fananu...Losap and Lukunor in Chuuk State and Sapwuafik and Pakin in Pohnpei State. .WATCHES/WARNINGS... A Tropical Storm Watch remains in effect for Chuuk, Ulul, Fananu, Losap, Lukunor, Sapwuafik and Pakin. A Tropical Storm Watch means that tropical storm conditions, including winds of 39 to 73 mph, are possible within 48 hours. .STORM INFORMATION... At 700 AM ChST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression 17W was located near Latitude 8.6 degrees north and Longitude 154.8 degrees East. 17W is moving west-northwest at 6 mph. It is expected to make a slight turn toward the northwest with an increase in forward speed through Thursday. .SITUATION OVERVIEW... A Tropical Storm Watch has now been issued. When making decisions, do not focus on the exact forecast track. TD 17W has formed east of Chuuk state and is forecast to strengthen to tropical storm strength over the next 24 hours as it moves northwestward. .PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
