At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Bualoi
was located near Latitude 10.9 degrees North and Longitude
129.6 degrees East. Bualoi is moving west-northwest at 10 mph. It
is expected to maintain this general course with an increase in
forward speed through Friday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 65 mph. Bualoi is
forecast to intensify through tonight.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to
90 miles.
