CHANGES WITH THIS ADVISORY -------------------- Tropical Storm Watch have been issued for these islands: Fananu Ulul Chuuk Losap Lukunor Sapwuafik Pakin WATCHES AND WARNINGS -------------------- A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for the islands of Fananu Ulul Chuuk Losap Lukunor Sapwuafik and Pakin. Damaging tropical storm force winds are possible for the above highlighted islands and any nearby or neighboring islands. A Tropical Storm Watch means that tropical storm conditions, including winds of 39 to 73 mph, are possible within 48 hours. It is expected to make a turn toward the north-northwest with an increase in forward speed through Thursday. Maximum sustained winds are 30 mph. 17W is forecast to intensify through Thursday.
