DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Typhoon Dolphin was
located near Latitude 25.4 degrees North and Longitude
138.7 degrees East. Dolphin is moving west at 14 mph. It is
expected to maintain this general course and speed through
Thursday through Thursday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 120 mph. Dolphin is
forecast to maintain this intensity through tonight.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to
90 miles. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the
center up to 290 miles.
