At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Surigae
was located near Latitude 21.0 degrees North and Longitude
129.0 degrees East. Surigae is moving west-northwest at 15 mph.
It is expected to make a turn toward the north-northwest with a
decrease in forward speed through Saturday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 50 mph. Surigae is
forecast to intensify through Saturday.
