At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression 21W
was located near Latitude 24.2 degrees North and Longitude 147.0
degrees East. 21W is moving southwest at 1 mph. It is expected to
make a turn toward the north with an increase in forward speed
through Wednesday.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph. 21W is forecast to
intensify through Wednesday possibly becoming a tropical storm again.
