At 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression
Nuri was located near Latitude 10.3 degrees North and Longitude
138.4 degrees East. Nuri is moving southeast at 5 mph. It is
expected to make a turn toward the east-northeast with a slight
increase in forward speed through Friday.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to 30 mph. Nuri is
forecast to maintain this intensity through tonight.
