Also, with the magnitude/peak heights of high tides continuing to decrease, the risk of minor coastal flooding has also ended. Then both swells will slowly subside and allow surf to drop below the hazardous threshold of 9 feet. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. && $$ Schank
