...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 5 AM CHST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with occasional gusts up to 35 kt
  and seas 6 to 8 feet.

* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to strong trade winds hazardous to
  small craft are expected the rest of tonight, as a robust trough
  along the southern periphery of a broad trade-wind surge moves
  through the area, bringing numerous showers and isolated
  thunderstorms. Winds are expected to taper downward today,
  becoming moderate to fresh, as the trough moves west of the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels,
should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
