* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt.

* WHERE...Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Convergence and surging trade winds along
  the northern edge of a tropical disturbance, Invest 92W, is
  generating numerous to widespread locally heavy showers and
  fresh to strong winds across the coastal waters. As Invest 92W
  moves west- northwest of Palau over the next couple days, winds
  are expected to subside to gentle to moderate by Monday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
