The latest scatterometry data shows Invest 92W has shifted the
strongest winds away from Chuuk. Both winds and seas have fallen below
the threshold for a Small Craft Advisory, and thus the Small Craft
Advisory was allowed to expire. Conditions hazardous to small craft
could return to Chuuk later this week.
