The Typhoon Warning for Alamagan, Agrihan, and Pagan has been
cancelled.

There are no additional Tropical Storm or Typhoon Watches or
Warnings in place.

DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...the center of Typhoon Choi-wan was
located near Latitude 22.5 degrees North and Longitude
147.1 degrees East. Choi-wan is moving north-northeast at 16 mph.
It is expected to make a slight turn toward the north with a
decrease in forward speed through Monday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 125 mph. Choi-wan is
forecast to intensify through tonight, potentially becoming
a Category-4 Typhoon.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to
90 miles. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the
center up to 355 miles to the southeast and up to 275 miles
elsewhere.
