DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Typhoon Koguma was located
near Latitude 25.8 degrees North and Longitude 147.7 degrees East.
Koguma is moving north-northwest at 10 mph. It is expected to make a
slight turn toward the north with a slight increase in forward speed
through Monday as it interacts with Tropical Storm Nolo.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 130 mph. Koguma is forecast to
weaken through Monday but remain a significant typhoon.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to 45 miles.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 120
miles.
