.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Scattered rain showers dwindle this afternoon as low pressure
moves inland. West to southwest winds of 5 to 10 kt veer out of
the north by Monday evening as high pressure builds offshore.
Strengthening northerlies will see seas build from 5 feet to 6 to
7 feet by midweek with a persistent northwest swell at 8 to 9
seconds. Winds and seas then both ease into next weekend.
