.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Light northerly winds continue through Monday as a weak low
pressure holds off the Oregon and Washington coasts. Expect high
pressure to build across the coastal waters Tuesday and Wednesday
as the low moves further offshore, increasing northerly winds with
a small chance for small craft criteria gusts.
