High pressure offshore will maintain north to northwest winds
across the coastal waters through Thursday. Benign conditions are
expected this week with winds generally 15 kt or less and seas of
3 to 6 ft. By Friday to Saturday, weak low pressure will turn
winds more westerly to southwesterly.
