.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure offshore will maintain north to northwest winds
across the coastal waters through Thursday. By Friday to
Saturday, weak low pressure will turn winds more southerly to
southwesterly. 40-50% chance for isolated small craft wind gusts
on Saturday for inner waters north of Cape Falcon, including the
Columbia River Bar. High pressure re-builds on Sunday into early
next week, returning northerly winds.
