An area of low pressure continues to weaken as it moves onshore
near the mouth of the Columbia River. Expect gusty southerly to
southwesterly winds across the waters and seas of 16 to 18 ft
through late this evening, before easing into Friday. Winds and
seas continue to ease Friday into the weekend.
