.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Southerly winds increase through Thursday as a low pressure
system moves toward the south Washington coast, bringing a period
of Gales with wind gusts up to 40 kt. Seas become steep, peaking
near 16 to 18 ft late Thursday with a 10% chance of seas reaching
20 ft. Winds and seas lower significantly on Friday and through
the weekend.
