...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Oregon...

  Wilson River near Tillamook affecting Tillamook County.

  Johnson Creek at Sycamore affecting Clackamas and Multnomah
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 900 PM PST.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO LATE WEDNESDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. There is a 50% chance for
  reaching Major flood stage.

* WHERE...Wilson River near Tillamook.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Above 14.0 feet, widespread lowland and dairy land
  flooding begins along the Wilson River downstream of the river
  gage at Highway 6 mile post 6. Flooding also begins along sloughs,
  mainly Dougherty, north of Tillamook from Wilson River Loop Road
  west to Hwy 101 and along Makinster Road west of Hwy 101. Minor
  flooding begins in the north Tillamook business district along Hwy
  101, particularly during high tide.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM PST Monday the stage was 6.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will peak at a maximum value of 13.7
    feet early Tuesday morning, then briefly subside. The river
    will quickly rise and peak again late Tuesday into Wednesday,
    as there is a 30-50% chance for a second round of heavy rain.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING TO WEDNESDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. There is a 70% chance of
  reaching Moderate flood stage, and a 50% chance of reaching Major
  flood stage.

* WHERE...Johnson Creek at Sycamore.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning to Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Above 13.0 feet, expect flooding to begin at numerous
  locations along Johnson Creek. Evacuations of several homes have
  historically taken place at this and higher stages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM PST Monday the stage was 2.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early
    Tuesday morning and peak around 12.4 feet late Tuesday
    morning into early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
