TUESDAY EVENING...
.DISCUSSION...Onshore flow continues today, with minimum RH above
30%. Westerly wind gusts will reach 15 to 20 mph in the western
Columbia Gorge and through Coast Range gaps this afternoon. Hot
and dry conditions with high instability are expected midweek with
15 to 25% chances of afternoon and evening thunderstorms over the
central Oregon Cascades Tuesday & Wednesday.
