Westerly winds in the afternoon. PZZ636, Coast Range gaps, and
the passes in the Cascades will see gusts up to 20 mph in the
afternoon. Instability will be elevated in the afternoons in
FWZ689-690 though not as unstable as the previous days. Humidity
in the 25-30% range along the Cascades and southern Willamette
Valley. Subsidence inversions overnight.
