to 35% in the Cascades. However, winds will be weak through the
day. Conditions trend cooler and more humid Monday through Friday as
onshore flow strengthens. Chances for rain increase Thursday night
into Friday when there is a 30-40% chance for at least 0.25 inches
of rain falling within a 24-hour period ending at 5 PM Friday.
