.DISCUSSION...Seasonably warm and dry conditions through much of
the week. Onshore flow will support moderate to excellent
overnight RH recovery, though warm afternoon temperatures will
yield near-critical daytime minimum RH in the Cascades and
southern Willamette Valley. West winds through Cascade gaps peak
Tuesday. Next best chances for rain Friday into next weekend, with
stronger onshore flow again raising winds through Cascade gaps.
