.DISCUSSION...Onshore flow continues through Monday, with minimum
humidity expected to remain largely above 30%. Westerly wind
gusts will reach 15 to 20 mph in the western Columbia Gorge and
through Coast Range gaps each afternoon. Drier and unstable
conditions begin Tuesday with afternoon and evening thunderstorms
possible over the central Oregon Cascades Tuesday and Wednesday.
