.DISCUSSION...Offshore flow begins to develop on Sunday with the
most prominate easterly winds expected on ridgetops locations
around the local area. At least through the early next week dry
conditions are favored with decreasing afternoon RH values day to
day. Overnight humidity recoveries likely suffer too with a
noticable mid to upper slope thermal belt Sunday night.
