.DISCUSSION...Easterly winds will weaken on Tuesday, with a return
to onshore winds expected Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon
still looks warm and dry with high temperatures in the mid 70s
and critically low relative humidity values less than 20 percent.
Despite the low humidity values, winds are not expected to be
strong enough to support rapid fire spread.

Overnight humidity recoveries improve Tuesday night, with
cooler and more moist conditions on Wednesday. There is also
a 15-25% chance of light rain showers late Wednesday afternoon
and evening, meaning there is a 75-85% chance conditions stay
dry through the day.
