.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry conditions continue with onshore flow,
supporting higher daytime RH and excellent overnight RH
recoveries. Breezy west/northwest winds, strongest in the
afternoon and over ridgetops. Morning clouds expected to dissipate
each afternoon as mixing increases after 0900-1000. A weak front
late in the week will shift winds more west/southwest Friday into
the weekend. Chances for light showers increase to 10-15% at the
end of the week, but conditions remain predominately dry.
