will become upslope in the afternoon. Mixing heights will rise
with elevated instability this afternoon. Subsidence inversion
forms overnight with a thermal belt between 2800-3200 ft after
0300. Cooler with higher humidity on Saturday as a weak system
moves over the Pacific.
