.DISCUSSION...A weak cold front will move over the region on
Friday however the impacts will be minimal. Overall will see a
transition of winds to the north in the afternoon with 20 ft wind
speeds less than 8 mph. Atmosphere will experience moderate
instability during the day from the frontal system though
convection not expected. Saturday will see light upslope diurnally
driven winds in the morning becoming more predominately west to
southwesterly in the afternoon as another more robust front nears.
The initial stages of the front will move over the Coast Range
late Saturday afternoon so cannot rule out some initial light rain
on the leading edge. More widespread rain expected Sunday.
