cloudy skies along with light precipitation. Skies will slowly
clear through the day, but marine stratus will return for the
overnight hours. West/northwest flow will keep temps cool and
moist through the weekend. Expect highest wind gusts each
afternoon with a 20-25% chance of gusts approaching 30 mph.
