RH falling to near critical values on Friday despite continued
onshore flow. Weak frontal passage on Saturday will bring 25-35%
chance for light rain showers and less than a 10% chance of
thunder, but wetting rain is unlikely. Gusty west winds with
higher humidity behind the front Saturday afternoon.
