.DISCUSSION...Rain arrives this afternoon and continues through Sunday
morning, improving RH values. A 15-20% chance of thunderstorms remains
through this evening with gusty, erratic winds near storms. South winds
shift to the west this evening and strengthen through Sunday. By 2300
Saturday: 10-25% chance of gusts to 20 mph. By 0900 Sunday: 70-80%
chance of gusts to 25 mph and 10-25% chance up to 35 mph.
